The WorkReady Program: Level Up Your Future is a practical employability and job-readiness course designed to prepare students and young people for the transition into the workplace. The course equips participants with essential skills and confidence to pursue jobs, internships, and attachment opportunities. Through interactive and practical sessions, participants will learn how to develop an ATS-friendly CV, strengthen interview skills and confidence, understand workplace etiquette, set career goals, build a professional personal brand, and explore available career and internship opportunities. By the end of the course, participants will be better prepared to present themselves professionally, navigate recruitment processes, and confidently pursue opportunities that support their career development.
