Sales Skills Training

Sales Skills Training prepares field marketers to communicate as brand ambassadors, not order takers. In face-to-face work, how you speak, listen, and present yourself is how the customer experiences the brand. Led by Mandla Pashapa, this course starts with communication: what it is, why it matters in the field, and how too little or too much information can lose the customer or confuse your supervisor. You will learn to: - Use spoken words, tone, body language, and active listening together so the message is received as intended - Communicate with clarity and confidence in noisy, fast-paced field environments - Build trust through professional presence, genuine engagement, and messages tailored to the person in front of you - Recognise the cost of poor communication, including mixed messages, customer annoyance, and reports that miss the why behind the numbers - Find the balance between insufficient and sufficient communication with customers, retailers, and supervisors
